A healthy corporate culture can help a company retain valuable employees and reduce human resources costs. If the employees are happy, they'll be loyal to the company.

Culture in a company must be a good one because I know that some companies have a rotten culture.

Of course. This is what dictates whether your employees stay or go.

Company culture is important for employees like me. Because if the culture is healthy for me I'll stay and I'll be productive and effective.

The culture or the system of a company is what makes you go or stay.

Of course. If someone doesn't fit in with your company, then they'll keep leaving. Might as well find someone who fits and will stay with you long-term.

I agree 100% . It's the culture that makes me what to stay with a company as well.

It's important for both the employee and the employer to make sure there's a good fit. If you're not going to be happy working at a job or for a company, it may be better to pass on the opportunity and move on.

If you're happy with the company, the more inspired you are to work. You'll be more productive.

Yes it is. No one can work in a company without a good culture.

Life work balance is important. Can't exactly say I love my job, but I am not unhappy. I do think I could adapt to a pretty bad culture as long as my life/work balance was maintained. Maslows' pyramid can still be fulfilled without exactly liking the culture.
