Sustaining motivation can be tough under the best of circumstances.Motivation is not magic. It does not come in a bottle. There is no little blue pill for it. But it's something you can tap into by design then harness. https://www.forbes.com/sites/nextavenue/2013/07/19/how-to-stay-motivated-and-accomplish-anything/#7c66f63c32a5

I've heard it being said numerous times that motivation is a bit like bathing, it doesn't last very long which is why it is recommended daily. Self-renewal and motivation is key in achieving your goals, it's difficult to stay motivated when things aren't going too well, but it's very important in order to achieve your goals

I make it a point to socialize with different people. They give me different perspectives, different way to think about things Sometimes I'd get a really good idea, other times, I'd get a laugh. Both help keep me motivated.

If something is not working anymore, let it go. Look at your relationships, work, social life, health and wellbeing. If they are anything less than inspiring to you, decide to move on to something better.

I would do a reset with a change in scenery. I go somewhere else to relax and recharge. I come back renewed and fully motivated. If I am not able to do that, I would just do deep breaths.

Staying motivated involves your ability to limit distractions. Television, Internet, cell phones, games, and excessive socializing count as distractions. If you’re serious about your goals, then you have to get serious about just how you use the time that you do have.

Procrastination is the silent killer. This is the number one ailment to sap our motivation. If you want to stay motivated and achieve your dreams, you have to eliminate procrastination from your life. It’s not easy. But it’s necessary.

Find a productive place you can go nearby. It can be a coffee shop, a restaurant, a public park, or any other place that will help foster your creativity, eliminate some distractions, and motivate you to get your work done.

I go for a short run to get the blood flowing and get me primed and ready to take action. Get active. Get the blood flowing through your body.

I do yoga twice a week to de-stress. I work in a highly stressful environment and if I don't do yoga, I drink a lot so better I do yoga than hurt my liver with drinking

It's hard to be motivated when you are single. I don't have a family to work for and my parents don't need my money. Sometimes I just want to quit my job.
