Businesses could save on electricity. It'll be better to have less operating expenses.

That would be good for the employees and to the company as well. The 4-day work can be more productive than 5-day work.

That's actually better for the company. Employees would be so exhausted with the long hours.

I agree. The more time they spend in the office will make them feel more tired.

Yes! It would be less of an effort especially when going to work since it takes at least 30 mins to go to work.

People may feel refreshed by having an extra day off of work each week but they may also experience a drop in productivity after so many hours at work in a single day.

I kinda enjoy what we have now and I don't think I want to stay at work for an extra 2-3 hours just so I can have Friday free. You'd be too stressed during the 4 days that you'll probably sleep Friday away.

To be honest, I don't mind if they will change it to a 4-day work per week.

For me, that is good for both businesses and employees. Workers who spend time to rest and enjoy life are more motivated and productive at work.

Yes please, so my husband will be home too with us.

That's great if will happen. I don't like staying in the office for straight 5 days.

So am I. 😊

The really long hours will probably make me cranky. 5-day work weeks seem better because you don't work really long hours.
