Huang saved his home from demolition after his paintings turned his Taiwanese village into a huge tourist attraction. It now has more than a million visitors each year.

What a lovely caring gentleman. 96 years of age and instead of sitting back and doing nothing he's made a difference.

His village is truly a work of art. Peaceful protest at its finest and at its most beautiful.

Please, don't call him an old man, because according to his energy and creativity, he seems to be quite young!

Spent a week in Taichung. There are some beautiful places to see and this is one of them. Taiwan is still working towards tourism for westerners but not quite ready.

Here it would be called graffiti and the council would be running themselves ragged trying to cover it all up. So nice to see creativity being valued 😃

Who ever says “1-person can not make a difference”, they need to see this.

Roger Hallam painted the walls of Kings College in London. This week 2 octogenarians did the same to two other buildings in London. Painting seems to be catching in.
