Those that believe in God know that God is a higher power that can not be seen with the naked eye or heard with the naked ear, however, God makes a way of communicating with us. It may be through feelings and even some of life's experiences that you do not understand. In such cases, when one has too many unanswered questions some may start to doubt God's existence as we can't directly ask for the answers. Some of the common questions believers often ahve are: Why did my father/mother have to die? Why does evil exist? Why is it taking so long for me to be successful?

Assuming God is real, what question would you ask?

My first job out of school was caring for medically fragile children who, for various reasons, were too ill to go home but not acute enough to stay in a hospital. I always used to wonder why God would do that to little innocent souls.

Many believe that the presence of suffering proves that God does not exist. Every day we are exposed to the harsh realities of this world – so I would definitely ask God why he/she allows suffering especially when God claims to love us so much.

I wouldn't ask God anything. I will thank Him for all the blessings that He has given me and hope that He continues to guide me every day.

Much like medicine, prayer works only when we use it as directed. We must not imagine that any kind of prayer, no matter how sincere, will be very effective if all we do is to say the prayer. We must not only say our prayers; we must also live them.

Why don't people know their purpose when they are born? If we were informed about our life's purpose from day 1, we could spend our entire life working toward fulfilling it instead of making all these wrong turns and going through so much unnecessary failure.

Why are that animals can't speak? Imagine being able to have a chat with your dog after work, that’d be pretty cool

What would have happened if Adam and Eve had refused to eat the forbidden fruit? But it isn't clear at all what would have happened if they had both said no forever. Perhaps there would be no such thing as death – maybe we’d all have eternal life.

Why does God allow us to hate and kill, who created such anger and bitter emotions? God allows women and children to be raped and killed daily, it’s so sad.

I would ask God why he created pain especially in children. It's painful for a mother to watch their children get hurt by bullies and illnesses.

If He loves us all so much - Why did he make some people disabled?

Will God really forgive all of my sins?

Sometimes when we are doing the wrong thing, our Heavenly Father uses suffering to get our attention. He wants to remove everything from our lives which keeps us from walking close to Him in a love-faith relationship. So the suffering, as a result of wrong behavior, brings us closer to Him or it can make us angry and push us away. When you think of it, it’s silly to get angry at God when we suffer as a direct result of our own behavior.
