Cryotherapy is a treatment which can help revitalize the body immersing it in extreme temperatures. Although it may sound intimating–cryotherapy works much like an ice bath, but takes much less time. After cooling the skin to a low temperature, the brain reacts by sending nutrient and oxygen-rich blood to affected areas.

Not enough scientific evidence to back the"healthy" part up and it's probably another rich fad. But being frozen for that long seems interesting. I know I would but I love the cold.

Have you tried cold showers in the morning? That will also wake you up. There's a lot of chats about 'conditioning' yourself and the benefits. I grew up in east Germany and the Baltic sea is still pretty cold in summer.... But coming out of there always makes you feel so energised; you feel like a young god.

Put them in the same category as the ones eating Tide pods, and using k2 (marijuana). Where did the education system fail these individuals?
