Stuff like this should be taught in school. Much of what kids are taught needs to be re thought for the times we live in.

And the funny thing is in schools (here in north america at least) nuts are banned and they serve pizza and coke (or sprite) for all events, which is so counter intuitive. Just because one kid might be allergic to nuts hundreds of kids must get fat, or carcinogenic foods. they should play this video for all school boards.
