Lack of a good nights proper sleep (you need 8 hours) causes amyloid protein to build up in the brain. This is normally washed away by what is called"flushing"during night time sleep. If sleep is cut short to 5 or 6 hours only, the flushing process is not completed. There is a link that has been discovered through extensive research to the build up of the poisonous amyloid causing Alzheimer disease.

Amazing guy. Persevered against all odds where most people would have given up. He had determination and did not complain under dire circumstances. I take my hat off to him and wish him well on his journey on life.
