It’s so important to shift your thought from “I have to” to “I got to!”. I feel like we often take for granted how amazing it is that our bodies are able to move in so many ways and we need to honor that by cherishing every moment of exercise!

I hated running and had zero confidence that I could ever be successful at it. Then a year ago, my sis-in-law asked me to join her in a 5k. I did it, and now I am considering a 1/2 marathon. I NEVER thought I could love running! You are so right that you CAN change your mind any time.

Absolutely agree, sometimes the easiest steps are the best and smallest changes the most effective like using stairs instead of a lift, freezing fruits for morning smoothies, using standing desk... did you guys know that waking up earlier is an activity as well?
