Women are underpaid and under-represented in managerial roles, a new report has found, and will have to wait another 20 years to reach parity with men.

Senior Managerial pay encompasses a lot of different things. Year one pay will be lower than year three pay for example. So if you are new, you wont get the same pay as experienced. If you bring less experience than others, then your pay may be lower. Then there are bonuses so if your area doesnt perform as well, you should not get the same bonus as one from an area that does do well. Many things affect pay at that level.

Obviously this phenomenon doesn't occur in the government sector. All my bosses are women.

My wage lower than my wife in half. I need the Equality too or does the female CEO has the same salary as her male subordinates? This is not acceptable at all.

I’d like someone to actually point out 1 job where a man is paid more than woman for doing the exact same job with the same level of experience.

I would gladly take a lower wage than all women if I could have the same considerations in family court and get preference for primary carer

There is no Gender pay gap. It is illegal. The only reason there may be is that there are people in higher positions who have held them longer as men and women haven't been allowed to in the pass so therefor not there as long and not get the same bonuses. That is not a wage gap.and the majority of people could not give one stuff about.

It's taken thousands of years and hundreds of intergenerational learning and teaching for the wages that are offered to be established. We can all wait 20 years for the women who have the skills to learn how to manage their lives at that level.
